We have a 3-bedroom Cottage, two 2-bedroom Cottages and a Studio Unit, all designed with your comfort in mind.  Each Cottage is fully self-contained with all linen supplied and air conditioning to heat or cool the Cottage as necessary.  The Cottages all have outdoor furniture on a covered deck and a BBQ area in a private garden setting. The rural and garden views are quiet and restful.  Cots, highchairs and rollaway bed are available on request.    Continental breakfast provisions can be supplied on request and at a small cost.  These include six varieties of cereals, fruit juice, milk, toast bread, butter & spreads and of course our fresh free range eggs.   We offer Corporate Rates for business travelers as well as long term rates over the winter months.
The full bed configuration in all Cottages = 6 queen beds and 4 singles (sleeps 16).    The B+B in the main house has another 2 queen beds (sleeps another 4).

3 Bedroom Cottage:  Sleeps 6

This Cottage has 2 queen bedrooms and 1 share twin room.  It has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, gas hobs, electric oven, microwave,  fridge freezer and all Sky TV channels.   The lounge, dining room & one bedroom all open onto the large deck area which has outdoor furniture, enabling guests to soak up the all day sun.  This Cottage has a large private garden and BBQ area.  A heat pump efficiently and quietly heats or cools the Cottage as necessary.

2 Bedroom Family Cottage:  Sleeps 4

This Cottage is well set up for Mum, Dad and the 2 children as it has a queen bedroom and a share twin room at either end of the Unit.   It is fully self contained with all linen supplied.     It is ideally situated near the children’s playground and it is very close to the swimming pool.  There is also a petanque court for added family fun.  The free range chickens can clearly be seen out the back of the Cottage and guests are welcome to feed them their scraps. Guests are welcome to help themselves to the juicy grapefruit and feijoas in the garden during the season.

2 Queen Bedroom Cottage:  Sleeps 4

This gorgeous Cottage has a queen bedroom at each end with the living area in the middle.  It is fully self contained and all linen is supplied.    The living area and bedroom  opens up onto the large covered deck which is perfect for relaxing and watching the animals play in the paddock.  Guests are welcome to help themselves to the fruit trees in season which include golden queen peach, plum, apricot, lemon, lime and feijoa.

Studio Unit:  Sleeps 2

The Studio is perfect for a couple wanting to get away for some fun in the Bay.  It has a queen sized bed, a kitchenette  and en-suite bathroom. The Studio Unit is stand alone and is in close proximity to the Swimming Pool and petanque court.  Ideal for that afternoon challenge.

Tariff – Winter $140 per night ($70 per person), Shoulder $150 per night ($75 pp), Summer $175 per night ($87.50 pp)

One Bedroom Cottage:  Sleeps 1 or 2

We can lock off one bedroom in either of the 2 bedroom cottages to give a couple or single person more room than the Studio Unit.  Please contact us if you would prefer this option.

Winter = Easter to Labour Weekend.  Shoulder = Waitangi Weekend to Easter, Labour Weekend to 19 Dec.  Summer = 20 Dec to 6 Feb, Easter & Labour Weekend.
