The Setting:

Sit back and relax on the deck of your contemporary, stylish cottage. The rural setting on 5 acres with friendly pet farm animals adorning the paddocks, it is surrounded by neighbouring orchards.

It’s tranquility allows for those wanting to relax, unwind and recharge their batteries yet it is less than 1km from the Havelock North Village with it’s vibrant shopping, cafes, restaurants and wineries. It’s the perfect spot for a romantic getaway, a family retreat and wedding or sporting group and we welcome business travellers.

The Cottages:

There is a 3-bedroom cottage, two 2-bedroom cottages and a studio unit designed with your comfort in mind, fully self-contained with air conditioning. Each cottage has a covered deck with a BBQ and outside seating.

The rural and garden views are perfect for evening drinks and a BBQ.  Cots & highchairs are available on request.   Breakfast provisions are provided and other meals can be supplied by arrangement, either in your cottage or as guests in the main house.

Grounds & Facilities:

Each cottage has it’s own grounds and garden with plenty of room for parking. There is a swimming pool, children’s play area, petanque court, farm animals to feed and fruit trees to pick and enjoy during their season. A guest laundry is available.  Tomizone Wi-Fi is available in each Cottage.

Cottage News:

The petting animals guests can hand feed are Tom, Dick & Harry (our alpacas), Willow our dexter cow and her calf La Verne.  They are joined by our miniature horse, Maxi and our many bottle fed pet lambs.  Our 6 chickens provide fresh free range eggs for our guests.  You can now check the availability and book accommodation yourself without having to contact us if you want instant confirmation – give it a go!!!

Bed & Breakfast

If  our Cottages are full we now offer a Bed & Breakfast option in our large 4 bedroom home.  There are 2 queen bedrooms, a share twin room, a large ensuite bathroom with bath and shower plus another bathroom with shower & toilet available for guests.  All enquiries are very welcome.

Please note that breakfast provisions are provided on arrival and are included in the above prices – these include cereals, milk, tea, coffee, toast bread, butter & spreads and our own 100% pure fruit juices – clear apple, cloudy apple and apple & carrot juice.

Winter = Easter to Labour Weekend.  Shoulder = Waitangi Weekend to Easter, Labour Weekend to 19 Dec.  Summer = 20 Dec to 6 Feb, Easter & Labour Weekend. Special rates can apply – please ask, i.e.  weekly, monthly or group rates.  Special rates & conditions apply for long & event weekends.
